Good questions

Frequently asked.

What is The Claus Experience?

A timed, immersive holiday attraction in Winnipeg. Each group of up to four people moves through two themed rooms — Santa's Workshop and Mrs. Claus' Kitchen — with live performers, hands-on activities, and professional photography.

How long does a visit take?

Roughly twenty minutes inside the rooms (ten in each), plus time to browse the Manitoba Maker's Market. Plan for a thirty-to-forty-minute visit overall.

What does $150 include?

Admission for a group of up to four people, both themed rooms, live photography, one digital keepsake photo emailed after the visit, and access to the on-site market.

Can we add more than four people to a group?

Each table seats up to four. For groups of five or more, book multiple consecutive slots, or contact us about a group booking through the Groups & Schools page.

What ages is this best for?

Families with children ages 2–12, multi-generational visits, and group outings. There's no age limit — grown-ups have just as much fun.

What if my child doesn't want to sit on Santa's lap?

They don't have to. The experience is built around hands-on activity, not a posed lap photo. Our photographers capture candid moments throughout the visit.

What's your cancellation policy?

Bookings are non-refundable but transferable to another date in the same season, subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your slot.

Where are you located?

Downtown Winnipeg. Full address and parking details are emailed with your booking confirmation.
